Where We Ship From

All Trail Tech Gear orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Shipping locally means your order reaches you faster, with no long international waits and no surprise customs fees.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day, and orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a second email with your tracking details as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no added freight charges.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery windows depend on your location:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide): 2 to 5 business days
  • Regional areas: 4 to 7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas (including parts of WA, NT and TAS): up to 10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather events and peak periods such as holiday sales.

Tracking Your Order

Every order is sent with full tracking. As soon as your parcel ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

You can check your delivery status anytime on our Track My Order page. If your tracking has not updated for a few days, please reach out and we will chase it up with the courier for you.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia, including residential addresses, business addresses and PO boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please double check your details before completing your purchase, as redelivery for address errors may incur an additional shipping charge.

Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with anyone else at your address and look in any safe-drop locations such as a porch, side gate or building reception. If it still has not turned up within 2 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier and make it right.

Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival

We pack every Jump Master Pro carefully, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos.
